In our Forest & Game workshop, we celebrate our love for game and its preparation to the fullest. In our workshops, we show different preparation techniques from cutting up your game all the way to preparing a delicious meal. Learn the special techniques and tricks that the Winterl’s have learned in long years of experience and enjoy the excellent game from our local forests. The course is designed for anyone who loves cooking, but also for hunters, anglers and professional chefs who would like to improve their knowledge of the subject.

The hunt for raven crows and geese inspires more and more hunters and hunters. Steadily rising distances show this interest impressively. But hunting with a shotgun, camouflage screen and lock picture is still new territory for many. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to a practical workshop of our author Reinhold Winterl (in PIRSCH 16/2016 we accompanied him during a crow hunt). In addition to the shooting training at the shooting range Hörabach in Straubing (Lower Bavaria), followed by a theoretical instruction in the hunting. The next day the theory is put into practice on greylag geese * and raven crowds. (* Greylag geese with hunting time extension)
